WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Source, screening qualified insurance and admin professionals
  • Conduct interviews and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Build relationships with agency leaders and hiring
  • Maintain accurate records using ATS/CRM tools


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (staffing or insurance preferred)
  • Strong communicator and multitasker
  • Comfortable using sourcing tools, databases, and ATS platforms
  • Self-motivated with a passion for people and results


COMPENSATION & PERKS:

  • $48,000-$66,000 base salary

Marketing Specialist

Remote/Hybrid | Based in Oklahoma
Employment Type: Part Time /Full-Time
Salary: $30,000 - $62,000 annually + performance bonuses 


    

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support candidate recruitment, client acquisition, and overall brand awareness. This is a hands-on role perfect for a creative, results-driven individual who understands both B2B and B2C marketing-especially in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. 


What you will do:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns targeting insurance professionals and agency clients 
  • Manage content creation for website, blog, email newsletters, and social media
  • Create and manage digital ads (Meta, Google Ads, job boards)
  • Develop branded materials including brochures, presentations, and digital assets 
  • Support events, trade shows, and virtual hiring fairs
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals 


 Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or insurance - Strong writing and content development skills
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Experience in social media strategy and paid ad campaigns 
  • Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRM platforms 
  •  Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
